If you felt full just from reading the headline, that makes two of us.

You read it right: 10 pounds of poké, that’s what patrons are being challenged to eat at Vancouver spot Riz Sushi starting April 25.

This insane food challenge consists of a humongous poké bowl full of crab salad, wakame, cucumber kimchi, edamame, pickled ginger, and masago served on a bed of white rice topped with fried garlic and shallots, and of course two pounds of fresh fish.

This is a two-person eating challenge, so it costs $60 per person to enter, and you’ve got to inhale this thing back in under 30 minutes.

Winners of this first round each get $50 gift cards to Riz, and they’ll be entered to win a trip to Las Vegas.

So basically, eat your heart out, and get the chance to go to Vegas on Riz, and if you fail, you’ll be able to check out that notoriously weird mural in the East Broadway restaurant anyway – it’s win-win.
