2. PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAMS (PNP)

There are number of PNP programs to choose from but here are the categories of an ideal candidate requirements:

  1. If you have recently or currently working in Canada on a valid work permit
  2. If you have an express of interest application that has been submitted to the Express Entry Pool and achieve the requirement of the PNP program
  3. Currently studying, prior work experience, or a formal job offer
  4. Family members who can be approach for questions and is currently living in the province that you are apply for

3. STUDY PERMIT

  1. Benefits of studying in Canada will allows you to work 20 hours/week, in any job during normal school routine, and a full time schedule during breaks and holiday
  2. INTERNATIONAL STUDENT TO PERMANENT RESIDENTS (see image below)
  3. IF YOU HAVE A SPOUSE, he/she is eligible for an open work permit and working full time in Canada during your enrollment in class
  4. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, he/she are welcome to attend CANADA’S WORLD CLASS PUBLIC SCHOOL without the need of a student vis
  5. Following with your post-graduate program , you and your spouse will be eligible for an open post-graduate work permit up to 3 years, here after, you and your spouse will become be apply the process of Canadian Permanent Residence in Canada

4. CANADIAN FAMILY SPONSORSHIP

  1. Doesn’t matter what status you are, an investor, a tourist or a student, you can married with a Canadian citizen and stay with your love one in the Canada as a permanent resident
  2. You will have to submit documentary evidence to prove that the MARRIAGE/COMMON-LAW/CONJUGAL RELATIONSHIP is REAL
  3. PARENT AND GRANDPARENT SPONSORSHIP (PGP)-  If your child is over 18, who has financial background to your support and is already a Canadian permanent resident or citizen, they can sponsor you through the (PGP) program

5. QUEBEC IMMIGRATION 

  1. Quebec Skilled Worker- Have experience in management in a legal farming, commercial or industrial business, or in a legal professional business where the staff, excluding the investor, occupies at least the equivalent of two full-time jobs, or for an international agency or a government or one of its departments or agencies;
  2. Management experience as the exercise, for at least two years in the five years preceding the application for a selection certificate, of duties related to the planning, management and control of financial resources and of human or material resources under your authority; the experience does not include experience acquired in the context of an apprenticeship, training or specialization process attested to by a diploma.
  3. Intend to settle in Québec and sign an agreement to invest with a financial intermediary (broker or trust company) authorized to participate in the Investor Program.
  4. The investment  for a five year term is guaranteed by the Gouvernement du Québec, at the end of the 5 years term , the broker or trust company will reimburse the applicant the investment in 30 days.
